I just realized I had disbled the design page for single product. I disable it when I was testing to see if the plugin works with wordpress default theme which it did and didn’t enable it back. I have enabled it now. So please take another look at it.

The plugin doesn’t work with prebuilt and custom setup… I tested on both…. The site url is harvestprice.com.ng

Yes, please…. I still need help getting the plugin to work with the theme.

Thanks Jeremy, that worked. I can add subscription and form to my site now.

So, I followed the troubleshooting steps, created a staging site, disabled all plugins, and switched to the Twenty-Twenty-Three theme and still nothing.

I also just noticed that my thread has been marked as resoveld when I haven’t gotten a solution. I’m guessing that’s becuase of @john316, a little help here please.

@john316 Were you facing the same issue? If yes, how did you fix it? @rosewp I also did some troubleshooting and didn’t find any conflit between theme or plugins.

I have disabled all JS options and it still not working properly. One thing I did notice, however, is that, when I turn guest mode off, it works correctly on the first page visit and then, stops working after the page is cached.

I have sent report to litespeed, here’s my report number PSXGCYSS.

While I’d love to give the ignore attribute a try, I’m not experienced and don’t know how to look for a particular JavaScript to make an edit.

I also just noticed some elements are not displaying (share buttons) and images in between contents are not displaying.

I think I’ll try that and come back if it still doesn’t disappear
