I am having the same problem, but I think I know what is happening.
Using Post Duplicator by Metaphor Creations https://www.metaphorcreations.com
If I duplicate a post that has already been published, Publicize doesn’t work.
However, if I duplicate a post that has not been published, it does seem to work.
Maybe if you duplicate a published post it already thinks it has been publicized.

I am getting the same problem. I thought that I had fixed it before, but not sure what is happening now. The only thing I did was changed the formatting of the caption text to be H6.
Any ideas?
