Apologies for any confusion. A few years ago, the chat button had a limited free plan, but we have since decided to offer only paid plans. We do not state anywhere that GetButton is free. If you still see it mentioned as free somewhere, please let us know.

However, here’s some good news: We have built a new AI chatbot platform that does offer a free plan. If you add a chatbot to your button, you’ll unlock the free version of the button. =)

You have installed the button code via the GTM tag:

So you should go to your GTM control panel and remove it there.

I apologize for the late reply. If you installed GetButton via an app, then by removing the app, the button code will be removed. If you installed the button code manually into your theme, you will need to manually remove it as well.

Keep in mind, that your site may have cached the button code. Please clear your site cache and check it in incognito mode.

We tried to reproduce the issue but everything worked. It may depend on php/hosting, etc. As a simple possible solution, you may try to add the button code directly into the WordPress theme without using the plug-in.

I’m sorry, but the management of the company decided to switch to the subscription model to be able to cover the costs and keep improving the app. We are striving to keep the price low for you.
