Changing the UTF to ANSI doesn’t fix this problem. There’s a plugin problem somewhere, but there’s not enough information to discern what plugin is giving you the heartache here.

I’m having some problems with this, as well. It’s disappointing that Bloke didn’t get more responses to this call for help.

I will post a more detailed statement of my problems and things I’ve tried to fix it to see if that doesn’t generate more responses.
