i’m on latest wordpress and Packlink 3.4.1 and still have this issue. the other JS temporary fix floating around to just hide the message is now giving a flash of it before it’s hidden since the latest woo update, and the only response from Packlink Support in Italy was “it’s another plugin, not ours” which is absolutely not true. I don’t HAVE any other plugins doing anything on the checkout page, and of course it’s Packlink.

i’ve got the same problem. tried @trademarkos snippet but doesn’t work for me. is there a fix for this?

same. thought it might have been a conflict with ACF, but deactivating it and other plugins doesn’t fix it. annoying, but no obvious issues?

thanks @britner, and yes it works with Translatepress using their conditional shortcodes. no Loco or anything else needed. looks like crap in the kadence editor, but the emails come through perfectly!

it works for the body text, subtitles, AND titles of all emails. don’t add any spaces before, after, or between the shortcodes, but paragraph spacing within the opening and closing shortcodes is obeyed.

hi @hannahritner , joining this thread too. i think @shamanesco isn’t trying to change the text, but translate it. i have a multilingual site in EN and IT, and depending on the customer, they receive the order emails in either english or italian. the woo order table is translated fine, but the body text isn’t. if we typed it in english in the Body Text field of the kadence customizer, that’s what everybody gets. i use Loco, and Loco doesn’t see any of the text i added in the Body Text field. that’s what @huusmann is asking too. can you help with this?

thanks @hannahritner. Karla from Kadence has just replied on our private support thread and said to use a jpg, without offering any hope for a fix.

@danielchan23, make your jpg, set the image max width setting to the full width of the container, ie. 670px, remove the image padding top/bottom, oh, and the previously set background color. that does it.

i’ve got a support thread open with them right now. i’ll post here when/if i get a solution. the obvious workaround that i thought of is to use a big banner jpg with whatever color, but i can’t get the header dimensions right, and that affects the size of the logo depending on screen size. so not ideal, and an actual FIX would be better and easier. i’ll let you know what they come up with.

hey @rextherunt, is there any workaround to filtering not being limited to current-category? i’ve seen there a possible workaround – to build certain filters for certain categories, and to exclude all OTHER categories – then to add that specific filter to that particular category… but did you do that, or something else? i love the themify plugin, but haven’t found a way to use it, with divi, on a very large shop, without it having this Conditional Filtering. i’ve talked to the lovely themify devs too, but it’s not something that’s coming, apparently. your review is inspiring, and helpful, but can you tell me how you actually set it up?

two fixes for this. if you’re adding the field with the divi Code Module, tick the option to ‘enable raw HTML’ in the module. seems counterintuitive, but that’s the fix. second option is not use the WYSIWYG editor. plain text field has no issues. this bug hasn’t been fixed by divi.

I believe the default text color is white, too, if I remember correctly. Check that, too ??

The Additional Information tab is present and working, I assure you. I presume you’re looking at a product that actually HAS product attributes? The ‘custom tabs,’ as I said in my longer answer, requires you to actually add content to them. Using the Tabs Module with a template built in the Theme Builder is a workaround allowing you to add custom tabs to a great many products in one go – just like Yikes. But it doesn’t pull your Yikes content in. If I didn’t make that clear enough, I apologise.

yes, dynamic content, and yes, it’s “Product additional information.” you won’t see anything rendered in the theme builder, but it’s there on the page when you look at an actual product.
