I’m having the same problem. The form was working ok but now just shows 503 error messages. Has anyone found a solution to this issue?

Hi all, I was having the same trouble but now have them working.

This is how I done it, with a little help from Wade Harman. I’m using WordPress SEO by Yoast to add my header tag. but if you don’t have that then you could try the plugin called WP Twitter Cards, once you’ve added the header tags required:

Visit the site: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/validation/validator

and choose summary card. Enter the details from one of your blog posts in the required fields, then when entering your URL for validation enter the URL of the BLOG POST.

I then had it validated but saw a button below to validate the main site, can’t remember the wording but it’s just below validated link.

My request was then sent to Twitter who approved me withing a few minutes (but you may wait for a week or more).

That’s how I done it chaps, hope it helps you all ??

I’ve had my issue resolved. When we set up a new user we also need to change our comments user_id from our old ID number to the new one.

I’m told that we do this via phpmyadmin but in all honesty I simply asked my hosting company if they could do it for me… They did ??

Hi Oriana,

Sorry I’m no help as I have the exact same issue. I’ve even started using the old user email address hoping that would solve the error.

I hope someone can offer a solution as I have 100’s of comments now without my Gravatar.

I turned to Gravatar support but they’re away until May 8, I’ll get onto them then if nobody else can offer a solution.

As a last resort Oriana I’ll use this IF I REALLY HAVE TO:

Hi Phill, thanks for your reply.

There are loads of different variations of the links so I fear find and replace may be to long winded…. I’m currently working through old posts and removing dead links from them and the comments but I don’t think that’ll fix the issue mentioned above.

Can you point me towards a guide for setting up a 404 page please?

I’m having something similar. When I share a post on the social media networks I get the description below the link and it says “Blog post at:” but doesn’t add the title of my blog.

Would you solution above fix that do you think?
