You need to edit a few lines in order to get CDN working.
Edit file:
wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-frontend-scripts.php
line: 56, 62 and 86
'http:', 'https:'
replace whatever you want
'httpxynz:', 'https:'
