Hmmm… And you are sure you didn’t do anything? It actually means the system hasn’t found a function called get_bloginfo(), which is important for wordpress to work. It is defined by the developpers of wordpress.

What you can do:
try uploading a working copy of wordpress again (maybe not overwriting the files, if there are missing files, they aren’t overwritten, or just if newer)

check your phpversion… make file phpinfo.php and type <?php phpinfo() ?> and give just the version

If you want Windows recognizes it as a php-file, go to the dir where the files are stored, click on Extra and then on Map options (don’t know how it is in English, i use a Dutch version of Windows)
There is a tab file types (again, I use a Dutch version of Windows). Look for PHP and assosciate the right program to open it

You get a 500 internal server error because the rss-feed for topics is not /topic/topicID/rss but /rss/topic/topicID … The 500 internal server error is because this kind of links is not defined in .htaccess
