  • Thank you for following up. It looks like it was just caching as it worked fine on another browser. I have since stopped using this plugin and am now using another plugin (with an entirely new theme) after recently upgrading my website, so this is no longer any issue anymore.

    Sure, here is our list. Not sure if there is any common plugins which could be causing trouble, but we too are using plenty that could easily conflict. The joy of large sites with many plugins. ??

    @topraf Havent actually advised anyone at woocommerce as I’m personally not sure where to advise, but have just mentioned it on one of the woocommerce Slack communities so hopefully will get passed on to someone suitable. ??

    Having the same problem on one of our client websites. Updated to woocommerce v 3.0.8 and suddenly all product images aren’t visible. Inspecting them via the browser developer tool they are still there, just not showing.

    Used the suggestion by @mikejolley of the following which worked, now to fix the lightbox next:

    opacity:100!important;
    }

    Finally sorted this one out ourselves but will put the solution here incase anyone else experiences this problem as well.

    It ended up being a conflict with the Easy Testimonials plugin. Even though that plugin wasn’t actually being used on the same page, both loaded the Cycle2 javavascript files somehow and caused extra navigation dots to appear below each plugins slider. Disabling Cycle2 javascript on Cyclone Slider 2 fixed this issue in our case. Then only one copy of the script loaded.

    Unfortunately this is still occurring. Any resolution to this yet??

    We are needing this enabled for one of our clients websites too. Can we also get a copy of the file sent to us. Thank you! Or else, is there code which can be edited in the plugin to resolve this problem?

    We are currently using Version 10.0 (Huge IT Portfolio Gallery).

    Unfortunately this problem has come up again only just today and this is on the latest version (4.1.7) as mentioned that we upgraded to over a month ago now.

    We hadn’t seen the problem for all this time until again today where a client had trouble logging in to view their designs for approval and when we logged in (as the admin) to check the settings on the project it had the email address under the ‘Email address of Company of Client for this project is for.’ twice in the field.

    The client had originally been able to login to view their project but then when we created a second version from the initial project they then couldn’t login the next time. Oddly it doesnt seem to happen every time so something in particular is triggering some times and not others for this duplicate of email address to end up in this field.

    Yes, all sorted. Thank you. There was a conflict in the theme (or a plugin) we were using. We stripped it back to a clean install and then slowly added the theme and each plugin one by one.

    So far so good. Three weeks since the upgrade and the problem hasn’t occurred yet, so hopefully it has fixed itself with the upgrade. Thank you for following up. ??

    We have now updated to the latest version (4.1.7) and will see how we go. Fingers crossed it doesnt happen anymore as it throws DAS Clients to our homepage because the login fails. :-S

    Ok. We will try upgrading when we get a chance. We did customize some of the plugin a little for our requirements so would have to be sure to push those customizations through to the upgrade too.

    Oh and I should add the email address appears in the field twice without any spaces or commas to separate them.

    ie: [email protected]@emailaddress.com so the client_email cleanup process likely wouldn’t fix this problem.

    We are wondering if there is any issue when it does the client_email cleanup process (line 144 //Clean up Clients Array So no duplicate client titles happen) . We are most definitely not putting a duplicate of the email address. It seems to occur also when we create a second or third design for the same client.
