Thank you kindly for offering your support service for this, unfortunately we had to get a plugin to work quickly and tried a number of other plugins before deciding on another that worked immediately.

We totally understand that there was likely a conflict of code or scripts somewhere causing it not to work but didn’t have the time or resources to spend in resolving it so moved onto another plugin. No hard feelings towards the developer, just needed to move on.

Perfect fix! This solved the problem for us too @rodsazo.

I was struggling to find what was different about the menu before and after. I didn’t realise a space instead of a new line could break it so easily.

Hopefully this get resolved in future releases as I don’t like the idea of adding filter and function workarounds for things like this on new WP version updates.

Thank you. We are actually going to try a fresh wordpress install and installing it on there instead as we have too many plugins currently being used on the primary part of the wordpress that is running a blog which is active.

Oh, I should clarify that when I click on the ‘Send Email’ link nothing happens. It doesnt change to say anything different or indicate taht the email was being sent at all.

I did not change the plugin to make it a slider, I am just hiding your plugin on mobile devices and displaying a different plugin instead as it wasn’t displaying properly. It was my quick fix solution as I needed to show the client a working website.

The pop-up window doesn’t fit neatly on the screen on a mobile device. The way the thumbnails stack is great, but when you click on them to enlarge the popup is too big and wider than the devices screen-size.

Have just emailed you regarding this issue.

Initially we thought perhaps it was caching, but it definately appears to be missing some images or styling in the stylesheets. :-S

Styles 1, 4, 5 dont look correct. Perhaps some of our stylesheets are interferring, but even when using a default theme the same issues occur so our stylesheet doesn’t seem to be the cause.

We found a work around and this is no longer an issue. But I will setup a demo page later to show you what we mean.

To solve the problem for now we are using a different plugin (Cyclone Slider 2) to display as sliding images in mobile layout. But you may notice on tablets that it still shows the pop-up window quite large, but its not as much of an issue there.

Its all working correctly now!

I had put some of the JS code directly into the template to enable the drop-down currency selector to appear in the sidebar area and had hard-coded in the dollar value. Oops!

A currency selector drop-down in the widgets area would be ideal in the future, but I have worked around this myself anyway in the meantime by putting the selector form code directly into the template and passing the page ID as required where necessary. ??
