I would like to mention that the same has occured to my site, same error message too. Disabling the plugin stops the errors from occuring. Given that the error is with KBC, which was added in this update, I would think some bug was introduced in this update.

I tried Twenty Eleven, but clicking Older entries gave the same error. And I also tried resetting the plugins folder, but that didn’t change anything either.

When I do that, they work like they should work. ?paged=2 gets added to the url and that seems to do the trick until (of course) I switch my permalinks back. Thanks ??
