There is a much easier way. The “Yoast Clicky Plugin” has a function to assign outbound link patterns (for example ” /out/ ” ). So I first assigned a pattern with the clicky plugin. Then I just set up all my pretty links with that pattern (mydomain.com/out/mylinktext ), and now tracking works fine!

I changed it to standard text widget and it worked!

ok, I just found a solution myself, in the shortcode plugin there is an option to “Suppress content filters”, that solved the problem for me.
