Nevermind, in HighLevel app they have a Get Code section that I just grabbed the script instead. Avoiding the use of this plugin!

Curious what you did to get it working? My client is using HighLevel chat widget. I wonder if there’s another way to embed instead of using the Lead Connector Plugin?

Lead Connector app is actually KILLING my entire website. Throwing a 504 error. Any chance you guys will have an update to match up with the latest version of WordPress? My client is using HighLevel chat widget and relies on that to capture leads and they need it working.

That hides the error in console but doesn’t actually fix the real problem. The Customizer still won’t load. Just spools. It’s not any other plugin. I deactivated ALL of them except Events Calendar and Astra Pro. As soon as I deactivate Astra Pro, your error goes away and the Customizer Loads. Would you please look into any inconsistencies with the compatibility with the Astra Pro theme by BrainStorm Force? I’ve already reached out to them and their support is saying to update PHP Directives to increase memory limit. I’ve done that to match up with their specification and still it will not load. I repeat, it loads fine when not using Astra Pro. Strange.

I’m also seeing this error in Google Chrome Console and its breaking my websites customizer via Astra Pro theme. It just refuses to load. Shows a 404 error like the file doesn’t exist. So I added a fake one to make the 404 go away but that still didn’t solve it. Error is gone but the customizer still refuses to load and spools and spools

I have each community setup as 14 different checkboxes, with each community as one checkbox. This allows the user to select multiple communities in one form submission. I can see now that the only way to route to specific sales managers in my setup is to convert it to using a group of radio buttons which would only allow 1 selection. However, this seems like it would hurt the user experience since the same user might be interested in multiple communities. I’d be forcing them to submit multiple forms just so the routed email notification will only send to the specific singular community. Not sure if there’s a better way? By the way we are using the Webhooks feature with Zapier and have the checkboxes connected with LassoCRM. Can a single group of radio buttons have their own variable that I can tap into Zapier to ensure that the leads specific to each community stay organized properly? If I switch to the Radio button method?

I’d be interested in hearing what you think is best in this use case.

OHHH I just realized something, on the actual form submission, the user selected two checkboxes one for Stonewicke and one for Eagle Rock. Each of which have a condition set to send to specific folks. Here is where the problem resides. Since both were selected and the form submitted it sent to all the recipients based on the specific conditions I set. Question is, how can the form send twice on submission? Once to the selected Stonewicke recipients and then again to the Eagle Rock recipients? How would I configure the conditions to make this happen since the form allows for multiple checkbox selections due to potential customers selecting more than one community location.

Just a moment ago, I noticed that I had “Load form using AJAX” under the Rendering section in Settings unchecked. Based on your description of what that does, perhaps my form was being “Cached” and hopefully checking this AJAX loading option will help it use updated conditions?

I’m not sure if that’s the solution but thought I’d mention what I did anyway.

I keep receiving this same error message the last couple weeks a few keep coming in….

“We have detected potential connection errors for your site. A failed signup has been detected and will be retried automatically once a new connection has been established. Please visit your site and perform the steps to reconnect the plugin at your earliest convenience.”

I don’t think the issue is just informational at this point?

@chatoxz did you receive the notification? I really want to ensure it’s working. Some subscribers reported receiving the notification but not sure they all did. Is the functionality enabled only if the subscriber checks the box to receive notifications right? If so it’s not super obvious after subscribing as the subscribe button just says “subscribed” inside of itself on the page. I didn’t realize you had to click on that button again to access subscriber settings (as a subscriber) so I don’t think a lot of folks will realize this and just not bother to subscribe to receive notifications of new blog posts. Let me know.

I’m subscribed to the blog under a completely different email address and I’m not receiving the notification. I just tested it and didn’t receive the notification of the test post so what is going on with this? If you want to know the email address, please send me a private request via email from your support system. I don’t want to add my email to this forum in public view.
