In reply to: [Interactive Content – H5P] embedding iframe doesn’t work for some unitsHello Oliver,
that’s been it! I had set that to “only for editors” and when I changed the settings to “controlled by Author” it was switched on for 2 and off for 8. I learned from that not to be too restrictive with my content.
Thanks for your help on a summer Sunday (at least we have summer here). I really appreciate it.
Best regards,
Wiebke

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] can’t create a groupHello Cluevo,
I will try to do some of the steps suggested by the moderator. I am no developer, so I don’t know if I will be successful.
I will come back to this forum once I have some more information for you.
Best regards,

In reply to: [CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform] can’t create a groupHey CLUEVO team,
I first tested it with debugging switched on in the config.php, that didn’t change anything. This is what the web developer console tells me in Firefox:
This page uses the non standard property “zoom”. Consider using calc() in the relevant property values, or using “transform” along with “transform-origin: 0 0”. admin.php JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed with logging active, version 1.4.1 jquery-migrate.js:23:17 Layout was forced before the page was fully loaded. If stylesheets are not yet loaded this may cause a flash of unstyled content. jquery.js:3:25903 unreachable code after return statement 2 user.admin.js:643:6
And in Safari I get these errors in the Java script console:
[Log] JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed with logging active, version 1.4.1 (jquery-migrate.js, line 23) [Log] Sending latency from page_performance – "1.44" – "myURL/wp-admin/admin.php" (page_performance.js, line 38) [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () (admin.css.map, line 0) [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () (toastr.js.map, line 0) [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () (admin-overrides.css.map, line 0)
The file toastr.js.map is from another plugin which I deactivated. That didn’t help. The other two files are from Cluevo and they do exist. Thus I don’t know why they are reported missing.
I hope that does give you some information. I am no developer, thus please let me know if I sent you the wrong information.

Hi Jordy,
it is a managed WordPress hosting and apperently I changed the wp-config file in an inacttive WordPress installation. I have no idea why that installation exists at all. The support directed me to the correct location and it works now.
Cheers,
WiebkeHi,
this was an issue at the hosting service and is resolved.

In reply to: [Editor Blocks] page headline overlay on featured imageHi Danny,
I am early there. Have a look here.
I used the wrapper block with a background picture, put two headlines in it and edited them in HTML with some inline CSS. The only thing I don’t like here is the empty space above the picture, where the page entry title would normally be. Any hint on how you removed that on the start page of the theme demo would be great.
Thanks! Wiebke

In reply to: [Editor Blocks] page headline overlay on featured imageGreat! Thanks for your support. I am happy to install the child theme for a solution if needed.

In reply to: [Editor Blocks] page headline overlay on featured imageHi,
I think, I found the way you did it: with a hero block, leaving the page headline empty. That would mean having no H1 headline on the page as the hero block uses h2 headlines. That would harm the Google rank as it looks for proper headline hierarchy. Not my preferred way to set up a website. Google rank is more important than design.
Is there any other way I could implement a page title overlay on the featured image?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Atomic Blocks] Set page titles to H1Hello,
would it be possible, that you change the theme so that the entry tiles (page titles) are set to h1? The Google bot looks for h1 tags to index the content. SEO does suffer from the missing h1 tag.
I don’t fancy having to set up a child theme for the changes you suggested above.
Thanks!

today I noticed that you published a guide on honeypot filter recipes including a change of the hidden message texthere:

I will try this.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact form-fields leaking out of box backgroundHi,
I am having the same problem with the contact form in the sidebar. It looks even worse on my site.It helped to limit the field size to 22:
<label> Betreff [text your-subject size:22] </label>However, this solution is not fully responsive. On a small screen, like a netbook and a tablet, the fields still leak out of the box. On a mobile phone the fields are OK. My theme is fully responsive and seems to override the contact form settings on mobile phones.
II found some other potential solutions in this thread:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-edit-size-and-width-of-the-form-fields/None of them worked for me.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] How to edit size and width of the form fieldsThis works nicely, but it is not responsive. I have the contact form in the sidebar and while it looks good with the adjusted size on my computer, it still looks awful on a tablet with a smaller screen. I use a fully responsive theme.
The only responsive field (of those I tested) is the textarea field. It does not have a predefined size while the text field is predefined to size 40:
<input type=”text” name=”your-name” value=”” size=”40″ class=”wpcf7-form-control wpcf7-text wpcf7-validates-as-required” aria-required=”true” aria-invalid=”false” />
Does anybody know a way to override the predefined size specification in a responsive way? I tried size:none (no change), size:”none” (the field disappeared entirely) and size:0 (the field was back to 40 characters).
Thanks! Wiebke

In reply to: [WP Easy Columns] content below columns is shiftedIn the meantime I tried
<div> columns </div> <section> columns </section> and <article> columns </article>
.
Neither helped.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Easy Columns] content below columns is shiftedPS: the only way to prevent this is to add several times the  -tag between columns and following content, until the content breaks correctly. For the page in question I needed 12 of them:
<p style="text-align: center;">Ein gebuchter ... werden.</p> [/ezcol_1third_end] Titelbild von <a href="https://www....">Pathdoc | Shutterstock</a> Unfortunately, this adds a lot of blank space on a smartphone.
