To be more precise:

the actual problematic URL for my site is

https://www.big6.com/go/search/history

…where ‘history’ is the search term, and /go is a subdirectory that I have WP installed into.

as you mentioned in your comments, the expected URL of https://www.big6.com/search/history currently works properly, with the plugin disabled. I haven’t tested that URL with the plugin enabled yet.

It’s also worth noting that version 4 of the bSuite plugin makes use of the wp-cron system in order to analyze traffic statistics.

If wp-cron isn’t firing (for whatever reason), your stat reports are empty, even though the hits are still being recorded.

I’m hosted by adhost.com, and I’m waiting for them to contact me about this issue.

I ran the script and received:
Error: Connection timed out (110)

My theory is that my wp-cron jobs aren’t running, even though I have sufficient traffic to trigger them. (~1400 visits/day).

My symptoms are: The stats module in bStats v4 don’t stay current, pings do not work, and future-publishing of stories does not work.

I’m having the same problem.
