Well I decided to change those two main pages into categories and use a sidebar widget to display them. That works just as good for me. If anyone knows the answer to the drop down menu issue, please post. I am still curious and might need it for another site one day soon. Thanks.

I changed the code to specify column depth of 1. That fixed the messiness (words displayed on top of other words) but still did not give me a drop down menu. How do you get the pages to display properly? Thanks!

I only added the plugin after I wrote this post. It did not solve my problem. I removed it so you can see it had nothing to do with the issue. I like this theme and would like to stick with it. If anyone can advise how to fix the drop down menu so the subcategories are in a drop down I would appreciate it. Isn’t there a standard way to implement it? Seems like it would be a fairly easy fix, but I am not a programmer unfortunately! Thanks to anyone who can help!

I figured a work around using the multi-level navigation plugin by pixo-point. Works exactly how I wanted it to.

That displays the children below the parent on the page all at once. What I want is a drop down menu. Is that possible? I thought that was the default.

Okay, you can ignore this now. It’s all better. I wonder if Safari was going through some changes for a few minutes there…all seems to be okay now.

I got hacked by the Turkish hacker but I had an easy fix. They got to six files. My host GoDaddy walked me through the cleanup, which was really easy. The only php file that was touched was index.php, if I remember correctly. Everything is restored now. Took just a few minutes.

Wow, this would be great, if it worked. I installed it and it worked fine, but was displaying a sample journal in addition to an active journal. There was no way to exclude blogs from the list, so I just deleted the sample journal site. Now it is giving me the message “There are currently no active blogs.” and I don’t know how to get my 1 active blog to display. Any ideas? I deleted the plugin and reinstalled but that did not help. view page
