However we are getting an insane amount of spam messages through our contact form. I will start a new ticket for that shortly.

Same problem here. We’ve used CleanTalk for several now for our e-commerce website and since last week all our customers are getting the “SpamFireWall is checking your browser and IP…” page. Waiting for the countdown doesn’t work. And clicking on the “link below” doesn’t work either. Is this due to a recent update? Which settings should we be tinkering with please? We are losing sales because of this. Thank you.

Thanks for the tip but the last time I touched the functions.php the whole site crashed as I don’t have the expertise to alter code. I was hoping there might be a CSS snippet I could add instead.
