In reply to: [Email posts to subscribers] Options for multiple lists for subscribers?Hi @gopiplus
On the actual form where subscribers enter their details to subscribe (the subscription box).
There’s no way of adding tick boxes for them to decide which list they would like to subscribe to.
Only current available options are entering name & email. Thanks, that seems to have fixed it although perhaps you could consider having the option turned off by default to avoid messing up peoples websites? If they update a batch of plugins and this happens (like it did to me), it’s an absolute pain to have to try to solve. Just an idea. Make people’s lives easier, ya know? ??
I see from the support threads this isn’t the first time this has happened.
Nevermind. Turns out I didn’t have the latest pro version installed, it’s only the free part you get automatic update notifications for. Not sure how we are meant to know when there is an update for the pro part?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Block URL Submissions in forms? Thanks for your response Bryan. I’m not a personal user so I’d have to purchase a business/paid plan for Akismet.
I’ve just downloaded your plugin so will give that a whirl and hope for the best ??
All I really need is a way to stop people entering URL’s in the content of the message. That’s it. But I can’t seem to find that solution at the moment so I’ll keep hunting.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Block URL Submissions in forms? Thanks Neil, I appreciate your response. Yes I’m aware of Akismet. Unfortunately you have to pay for the privilege.
It must be pretty simply to disable URL’s within the body of messages submitted, that’s all I’m really looking for as I’ve got everything else covered ??

** Another Update **
Even if there is a character limit, say 10 letters max, customers can still enter as many letters as they like.
All these things used to work and your plugin was perfect :/
Finally found the client portal to download the latest version and now none of the validations work across my entire website and despite showing the error message for required fields, items can still be added to the cart without entering the required information :/
Do you not add the latest versions to the WordPress repository then? All my plugins are updated immediately as soon as they become available.
** UPDATED – I’ve just checked my version which does not marry up with the one here. However, when I click ‘check for update’ in the plugin page of my WP admin, it tells me the plugin is up to date.
So how do I receive notification when there’s an update for your plugin? (I’ve paid for this too!)

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Latest version 3.3.3 broke images sizesI had the same problem, posted a support thread and got no where (A lady started helping me but it would appear she’s given up as I’ve not had any further response but the problem still exists).
For now, I used a plugin called Rollback. This has been a godsend with Woocommerce at the moment.
You’ll need to rollback to 3.3.1 as anything above that has the inflated image problem.
I’d also advise creating a test environment. Basically a duplicate of your live website and always update plugins on there first. This is what I’ll be doing going forward. I know I should be doing this anyway but I’ve always been able to trust Woocommerce with their updates. Recent events have changed that unfortunately.
Hope this helps to get you at least back to normality for the time being.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Single Page images display as ‘zoomed in’Oh I don’t want the zoom function. Hence why I’ve not included it in my functions.php. It’s not something I’ve ever had either.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Single Page images display as ‘zoomed in’Thanks for your reply @madeincosmos
Image 2 (hover) is what I’m experiencing on first load, I don’t have to hover for it to look that way. It also initially displays a huge main image then once loaded, clips down to the size it should be but still zoomed in.
On my site I don’t have the zoom feature enabled on images and have the following defined in my functions.php:
// Enable Product Slider & Lightbox - Woo. add_theme_support( 'wc-product-gallery-lightbox' ); add_theme_support( 'wc-product-gallery-slider' );
Not sure where to send the system report or screenshots to?

In reply to: [PayPal for WooCommerce] LIVE Credentials keep clearingThe offending plugin is SecuPress Free — WordPress Security as it installs a ‘must-use’ salt plugin that refreshes the keys each month. This actually happens more often than that every few days as I lost the button again this morning :/
I’ve bought this to their attention, thought I’d update you so you’re also aware that the two used together are incompatible.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WC 3.3: Issues with Categories displaying in ShopIn another thread someone very helpfully suggested WP Rollback. I’ve just done this and now my website is back up and running as it was before I updated Woo.
I would highly recommend doing this (make a back up of your site first) as a temporary work around until the guys can sort through the bugs ??
