You can also edit the file: “/wp-content/plugins/fb-messenger-livechat/fbmsg.php”. At line 242, change “en_US” to “nl_NL”. That way you’ll get the text in your language if the visitor isn’t signed in to FB.
The only downside is that you have to redo it if there’s an update.
