Well done for now trying to blame me, and doing a complete U-turn on your previous admission that YOU failed to include some files in the updated, “fixed” plugin YOU emailed me a direct link to.
I didn’t use a wrong installer – each time I used exactly what YOU asked me to use, by clicking the links YOU supplied me with. Don’t try and make out that this was all my failure. If anything, what you posted here simply underlines what I said above.

Steps I already tried:
1) De-activating and re-activating the plugin
2) De-activating, deleting, then re-installing the plugin.

I can’t install MailPoet 3, as it says “Folder already exists”. That is because I upgraded to MailPoet 3, which broke everything.

In addition, the widget where people could sign up is missing. Your plugin upgrade broke things on my site.
In life, things go wrong sometimes. What defines us is how we respond to mistakes, and I really need you guys to step up here.

Regardless of your assurances, this happened immediately after updating the plugin.
Please can I ask you to check your logs, and retrieve the recipients of my last newsletter, The Spirit Of Adventure #9?

The file was, I’m sure, exactly the same, but to be perfectly certain, I replaced the contents with that of the linked file, and can say with absolute certainty that it’s the same.
I flushed the caching, too, but it’s made no difference.

Thanks Kharis, but I’m afraid that didn’t help. Also, it was doing that before I installed the caching plugin.
