yes. Effectively, my host was moving my site to a server to a new one but instead of telling me the ip for the new server, they just forwarded the old one to the new one.

just an update from me but my problem did turn out to be an issue with my host. They had changed the ip of the server and were forwarding the old IP to the new IP. Once I updated the A record for the domain to the new IP, the issues resolved themselves

Mine is Siteground but also a massive hosting provider.

Although looking at the logs, it shows EVERY login coming from my servers own address, not from my actual address.

What i mean is, customer has raised a ticket, Agent 1 has replied but then Agent 2 also adds to the ticket. Agent 1 needs to get an email saying agent 2 has updated the ticket.

So, can I set a notification rule that says, if a ticket is allocated to an Agent, have an email sent to them every time ANYONE except them updates the ticket?

Ok, I could not get this to work so I’ve removed the SSL certificates and pointed it to just http….and its still not working. Any ideas?
