Hi. Thanks for the rely.
The current permission on that W3 Total Cache folder is 755.
Also, I would like to note that when I noticed this issue, I did check the files and folder permissions, replaced WordPress wp-admin and includes folders, and deleted/replaced plugins with fresh installs… I also disabled FTP and many other services, and scanned the entire server.
Alright. Just to add more info for your team…
I found the folders with the “php” extension in W3 Total Cache “page_enhanced” folder that I have already deleted because I’m sure is a hacking trace… However, I’m wondering if this is a vulnerability in the W3 Total Cache plugin because looking in the WordPress folders and other plugins’ folders, I didn’t find anything similar… Here is what the contents of the W3 Total Cache “page_enhanced” folder looks like, screenshot here:?https://prnt.sc/PJd_f6R4ZO_4
Thanks!
Hi @joostvandevijver . Thanks for the support.
I have already re-initiated the connection via Woocommerce dashboard and that didn’t resolve the problem either.
At this point, I have already installed another plugin because we have lost so many orders because of this malfunction.
Thank you!
Unfortunately, I have already troubleshot for plugins and themes conflict before contacting you… Even when the only active plugins are WooCommerce and “WooCommerce PayPal Payments“, and the “StoreFront” or other WordPress default themes, I get the same error message.
This screenshot shows the same error I get when I switched to Woocommerce default theme “Storefront: https://prnt.sc/LX_HlpywYTKu
This screenshot shows the same error I get when I switched to other WordPress default theme “Storefront https://prnt.sc/N8DyzNOwGZHS
I don’t think the issue is plugin or theme conflict-related.
Also, you mentioned the security plugins may be causing the problem, but even when I deactivated all plugins and cleared .htaccess to only leave wordpress default .htaccess content… It didn;t work either…. Still showed the same error.
Thanks!
Here is what I saw when I tried to inspect the error: https://prnt.sc/rcLgIoAmPxua
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Error – failed to process payment@joostvandevijver Something is wrong. ?? Please fix this problem… losing orders… I’m also getting errors…
- The payment buttons are not loading at all…
- Then after troubleshooting for a long time, I then deactivated the “Advanced Card Processing” feature, then the payment buttons loaded, but when I clicked to process and pay, it shows the error, “Something went wrong. Please try again or choose another payment source.”
Please fix this issue… ):
Thank you!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Possible VulnerabilityHi. Thanks for the support!
I have already deleted those folders ending in “php” and the corresponding domain prefix in the W3 Total Cache folder “cache/page_enhanced”.
However, as I mentioned, there are no files or folders in the root and public html folders of the site that confirm that they were cached by W3 Total Cache from the site’s pages… I have even verified and can confirm I could see any pages ending in “php” in the WordPress pages list.
I may be wrong, but I’m afraid this may be a vulnerability in W3 Total Cache plugin… This is clearly a hacking trace or sign… And moreover, after deleting these folders, everyday new folders of that sort are found in the W3 Total Cache folder… I’m wondering where they are coming from and why they are only found in the W3 Total Cache folder “cache/page_enhanced”.
I should also mention that I have added
# Disable PHP File Execution From a Folder <Files *.php> deny from all </Files>
To disable the execution of php file in some directories. So it may be the hackers are attempting to execute some php files and are not able to do so, and they are trying to create folders instead of files.
I would like to hear back from you on this.
Thank you!
Hi. Thanks for the support!
Does the “Custom Field” module work in WCFM Free version? It seems to be solid on “Not Visible”.
Thanks!

Thank you for the trick. It works perfectly!
Thanks for the support!
Ok. This is what I’m trying to do:
1- Change the word “Store” to “Dealership”, so the tab’s name becomes “Dealership Policies” instead of “Store Policies”.
2- Change the word “Product (s)” to “Item” or “items”, so instead of showing “product” or “products” in WCFM Marketplace system, it will be showing “item” or “items”
I was able to make this changes in Woocommerce permanent links, and it shows when accessing Woocommerce product directly. But it’s not working in WCFM Marketplace system. I have tried some Woocommerce filters, but unfortunately it couldn’t do the trick. ??
Thanks!
The only cache plugin we activated is W3 Total Cache, but flushing, deactivating it never solved the problem before contacting you.
Thanks!
To my knowledge yes. That backdrop show only when Hide My WordPress is enabled.
Thanks
Thanks!
But that didn’t change the word on the tabs. Your suggestion only can change the word for the store badge.
Thanks
