Hi @pirir
Still having a bit of trouble on our end getting this issue to occur.
I have a fresh WordPress install running:
The Astra theme v 3.7.3
Plugins:
– Astra Pro v 3.6.1
– LifterLMS v 5.4.0
– Lite LMS Progress Tracker by LifterLMS v 0.1.0
– Smooth Back To Top Button v 1.0.5I don’t have any issues with Astra Pro’s scroll to top or Smooth Back To Top Button’s scroll to top feature on my site.
Do you have any other plugins active on your site that could be causing a conflict?
Or would it be possible for you to test another WordPress install to see if you can recreate the issue on a new site – that would help us to figure out if it’s a site-specific issue, or possibly a host-specific issue?Thank you @axellonline for the kind words and it’s great to hear LifterLMS is a good fit for your project.
HI @hibans when you’re editing a course, there’s and area called ‘Course Options’ partway down the edit page. (it should have a blue bar across that section)
If you click ‘Restrictions’ on that blue bar, there should be an option to edit that text. You can’t currently add a button or link in there, unfortunately, but you can change the notification text.
Hi @thomaswebdesigns, when I view that page, I get a sales page redirect over here: https://dradeelaafiz.com/life-whispering-club/
Would it be possible to temporarily disable that sales page redirect or send a screenshot of what you’re seeing where the course progress isn’t showing up? – typically that progress bar should only show up for enrolled students.

Hi @neda1987 I haven’t created that exact setup myself before, so I’m not sure which plugin would be the best fit unfortuantely. If you reach out to a few of them with the setup you’re looking for there, they could fill you in on what’s required to create that would be with their product:
– Forms tools like Gravity Forms
– Quiz and Survey Master
– React Quiz BuilderI think if you reach out to those 3 tools, they would give you a good idea on what’s the most cost-effective and easiest solution for that.
Hi @neda1987, LifterLMS doesn’t have a feature to issue a certificate to a non-enrolled user unfortuantely. The user does need to be enrolled so the system knows their name and they need to be enrolled to take quizzes.
It may be possible to create the setup you’re looking for by having a third-party tool manage the quiz and certificate, so maybe they’d enter their name at the start of the quiz and then at the end of the quiz, they’d get a certificate (assuming you have a quiz, if you don’t have a quiz, they’d just enter their name, and the certificate would generate). That’s not a feature of LifterLMS directly, but may be possible with tools like Quiz and Survey Master or React quiz builder or another Form/Quiz-like tool.
Hi @skumar1st LifterLMS currently doesn’t have a payment gateway integration with Payu or Razorpay unfortuantely.
We do have them on our feature request board if you want to vote on those there: https://trello.com/b/egC72ZZS/lifterlms-road-map-and-feature-voting
The more support (votes) our product team sees for those gateways, the more likely they will be to build those. If you have someone on your team who knows PHP code, we do have a pre-made LifterLMS gateway template you can use to integrate with almost any payment system, but it does require some PHP coding knowledge: https://github.com/gocodebox/lifterlms-gateway-sample
Hi, @cecilette Sounds great!
I’m not sure what could be hiding that notice. Would it be possible for you to share a link to the page or a Loom video of where it’s not showing that message?
Hi @medinuxx unfortunately, there’s not a “mine” parameter for the memberships shortcode at the moment. They do display by default on the student dashboard page at /dashboard/my-memberships/ that you could link to from anywhere on your site.
I added your request there to the feature request board for our product team to take a look at. I think it would be a good idea to have that in there as a possible option.
It probably would require light custom development work at the moment to create a query for that and allow the display of that via a shortcode.

Hi @cecilette do you happen to be hosting with WP Engine?
I had seen this issue on a client site running WP Engine and found a support ticket where Toyin and Natalie on our team found out this was a caching issue, so excluding the dashboard from caching should solve this. (with WP Engine, I just opened up a support ticket with them and asked if they could exclude my dashboard page, providing the link, and they were able to get that taken care of)
Let us know if excluding that page works for you!
No problem, I think Elementor would be a good route if you’re already using that on your site. (it also opens up some more possible design options)
You could ‘Clone’ the course and work on that clone to make sure everything will go according to plan, then delete the clone and implement the changes on the live course to test things out: https://lifterlms.com/docs/clone-lifterlms-course/
Hi @superdep, sometimes themes have different settings for font sizes based on devices, but if your theme doesn’t offer that, one thing you could consider is to edit the course page with Elementor in ‘Elementor Canvas’ mode. (video tutorial on how to active Elementor on courses: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mni2eVCDEf4 )
That will give you a full page to add in headings, etc. and style with Elementor where you can set desktop and mobile settings. That may be a good solution for your case, especially if you like editing in Elementor. You’ll want to use LifterLMS Shortcodes in order to make sure your syllabus shows up and any other LifterLMS items you’d like to add to that page: https://lifterlms.com/docs/shortcodes/
Do you think that solution would work for you? For users who are looking to go super deep into LifterLMS and Elementor, we also recommend the Tangible: Lifter Elements tool if you wanted to check that out for super-specific options for your margins, colors, etc. inside Elementor itself.
We talked with the members on our development and support teams and they can’t think of anything in the latest LifterLMS database update that could have caused any issues related to comments. It was a fairly small update.
(we’re thinking it is caused by an upgrade alongside LifterLMS or possibly a conflict with a third-party tool)We’d be happy to help get to the bottom of the issue and help get that solved for you, we just need some more info to recreate the issue.
If you could share a system report, error logs, debug log, upgrade logs, screenshots of comments filling up the database, etc. that would help point out the issue so we can help out here.
We just need some more information and support in recreating and demonstrating the issue. If you could record a Loom video demonstrating the upgrade on a site and showing how that messes up his database, that would be super useful for helping show/recreate the issue as well.
(If you don’t feel comfortable posting any of that information here in the forum feel free to email that to [email protected] as well)HI, @editorialteamnwu thanks for letting us know! I’m not sure what that message means, but I’ll pass it onto our development team.
Hi @zyncs the checkout page is needed for collecting the email & password to create the user account in WordPress, if your site only has free courses, you could change the name of that page to ‘Enrollment’ along with the URL of that page to remove the association with language around checkout and purchasing. https://ibb.co/GJmhVd5
