    Hi Facundo,

many thanks for your answer and your advice. I saved the bloc anew without making any change to it and hopefully it stays visible now on the product pages that had variations updated after the creation of Yith option bloc !

I hope Yith will think about adding a field to enable to add a class to an option bloc in the future to improve the plugin ??

    Thanks again for your help.

    Kind regards

    Hi @grola,

thank you for your quick answer.

To connect WooCommerce and Sendcloud through API it needs this plugin : WooCommerce Legacy REST API and to apply API Rest legacy method (and not HPOS) in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Functionality.

Then it will be possible to connect WooCommerce to Sendcloud from WooCommerce > Sendcloud > Connect.

Thanks for your help on this matter.

    Kind regards

    Hi Flexible Shipping dev team,

same problem encountered here while setting up “Flexible shipping” shipping table for Service Point Delivery for a WooCommerce store connected to Sendcloud for labels editing. Once the table is finished and I click on save, all the rows disappear and the table becomes blank ! Very disappointing experience :/ I tried several times to check this behavior and it is a reccuring error on your plugin.

By the way, you can test this error while using your plugin on a WooCommerce website with Sendcloud activated, as Sendcloud offers a free plugin for WooCommerce and a free plan to try their solution.

I don’t understand why the shipping rules table is not saved while “Enable Flexible Shipping Rules Table” checkbox is ticked under “Additional costs by Flexible Shipping Table Rate” and you display a message with a link to go and fill the shipping rules table : “To use Flexible Shipping Rules Table you need to switch to non-modal mode. Click here to edit this shipping method with Rules Table.”

The shipping rules table settings are properly saved and displayed in cart for home delivery shipping. Why doesn’t it work for Service Point Delivery ?

Please make your plugin compatible with WooCommerce stores using Sendcloud Service Point Delivery and needing to set up carriers based on weight.

Your help in solving this matter would be really much appreciated,

    Kind regards

Hi YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons team,

I still haven’t received any answer from your team as regards my 2 questions about your plugin :

    1. How to apply a CSS class to an option bloc to help with CSS styling ?
    2. How to keep options visible and enable their selection, even if product variations are modified on product page ?

Your help would be really appreciated to solve those matters related to your plugin asap.

    Kind regards

    Hi Vanesa,

the WooCommerce shop is under development for now so I cannot send a link yet unfortunately.

I had to delete and recreate all options affected by this bug to get a proper display of products options under variations and keep them after picking up the variations.

2 days ago I had to change the variations of a product and since then I noticed that the bug came back on this product page ! 2 options out of 3 created with the plugin disappear once all product variations are selected.

It is very annoying if all options have to be created anew all the time after variations are updated on products, especially when we have to enhance the styling with CSS ( I couldn’t find any field to apply a class to each option bloc, so I have to use the generated ID to target the option blocs in CSS and those ID change when I have to create new options in order to keep them visible…)

Could you please help me solve this bug to keep options visible and enable their selection, even if product variations are modified ?

Also, I would love to know if there is a way to apply a CSS class to an option bloc to help with CSS styling please.

I hope we can find a solution soon.

    Many thanks for your help
