Hi there,

You should be able to access the settings by clicking the Messaging link and clicking on the Settings tab.

When you do click on the settings tab though, it opens the Settings sidebar menu unnecessarily. I’m releasing a new version (1.6) early next week, so I’ll fix this in the new release.

The form is submitted using the Javascript included in the file /wp-content/plugins/joy-of-text/js/jot-messenger-1-5.js

So you need to ensure that javascript file is loaded into the page where your form is. View the source code of your page and search for jot-messenger-1-5.js to make sure it’s included.

Do you get an error message when the plugin tries to send the other messages?

For your other question, please take a look at the FAQs. There is a example of a form on there where the name field is hidden, so you only need to enter the number.

Sending MMS messages is supported in Version 2.0.10 of pro plugin, but not the free version.

Thanks for purchasing the plugin.

I haven’t coded any limits into plugin and I’ve tested it on 3 different servers with over 4000 entries. 4000 entries took around a minute to queue and around 15 minutes to send out.

You may be hitting some limit related to your php config, which we could take a look at. In the meantime breaking down the member list into smaller groups is a good idea.

Hi Simon,

I found the problem that occurred on the initial activation of the plugin. Although the plugin still worked, I’ve hopefully now fixed the activation problem.
