Finally, I deleted existing WordPress and database, and I made database and reinstalled WordPress and plugins. Then, the problem fixed.

I added a new profile field named as “Affiliation”, and I tried to import Affiliation via this plugin. Then, Affiliation has been successfully imported! Only “Name” field cannot be imported.

In addition, I tried to edit “Name” field in user profile page manually, but I got an error “There was a problem updating some of your profile information. Please try again.”. Thus, this might be a problem of BuddyPress rather than this plugin.

My question is about controlling magnification ratio.

This includes both WordPress Role and Forum Role.
Because writing and parsing this is difficult, I recommend you to make temporary users having target WordPress Role and Forum Role and to get configuration by exporting the temporary users to CSV.

Forum Role is additional role provided by bbPress plugin.

Then, add “wp_capabilities” column to your CSV data.
Don’t write “role” column in this CSV.

If you import this CSV, both Role and Forum Role will be set.
