Hello. Unfortunately the plugin has only a front-end shipping price generation logic. I know that this option has certain limitations (as ones mentioned by you) but this is what was initially fine for my needs. I will fix the VAT issue in the nearest future, but couldn’t promise for the 2nd issue (since it will need to have almost half a plugin re-written from scratch – defining new shipping methods in woocommerce, moving the price generation logic to the backend and fine-tune the things to speed up the plugin)

This is known plugin’s limitation. It is almost fully written in js and WordPress doesn’t know about the price calculations it make.

I’m not showing the order summary page after the checkout, but rather some custom general “thank you” page.

Another option is to hide incorrectly calculated fields using css. This shouldn’t cause big problems for customers.

There is an option to fix this and I know how. But I have issue with time and this will not happen soon for sure.

If it’s pure i18n it might be hard to do something in my plugin, but it should rather be done at the WP level.

Closing as this improvement is our of scope for the current approach I follow for this plugin and my business needs (yes I use it too on my site).

Please let me know if there are more people willing this feature and we will try to figure this out.

Please be aware that this issue was resolved in the latest version of the plugin. Also you have custom price selector in case you use very “special” theme

Be aware that the issue was fixed and new version of plugin has all the offices and addresses loaded properly.

Thank you for the code provided. I have slightly changed it and put in the plugin’s css. So, for now the fields should be shown as required.
