Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as I was on vacation.
Can you please tell me if this is for the premium version? The reason is I believe you are running an older version of ECM PLUS while trying to update to the latest version. We resolved an upgrade function in ECM and ECM PLUS version 1.2 so you need to download this version below and install that first before installing the very latest. If it is regarding ECM and ECM PLUS, can you send an email through the website and I will be able to help you resolve this.
Thanks

In reply to: [CSS & JavaScript Toolbox] Duplicating php pagesHello,
Thank you for your message.
That is a great question, but unfortunately it is not possible to do at this stage. We have considered this development before as we feel it would be very useful. In fact, this has been requested by a number of people over the years, so we think it would be a great feature to consider adding in the future.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [CSS & JavaScript Toolbox] Bug Admin ViewnHello there,
Thank you for your support question and the follow-up help too.
Did you fully clear your browser cache and any cache generated by cache plugins?
Are you both running PHP 8.0 ?
I am wondering if there is a compatibility issue with PHP 8.0, which will require further investigating.
Thanks

I am really sorry for the delay as I have been on vacation. Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing.
I should ask, are you still having issues with the installation procedure?
Or did you manage to resolve it.Thanks

Sorry for the issue you are currently experiencing. This is a first in hearing that the latest version is having issues. If you can do the typical remedies of:
– make sure you are running PHP version 7.0 or higher – preferably 7.3 or 7.4
– increase your PHP Memory limit to 128MB or even 256MB: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory
– make sure you don’t have any security plugins getting in the way – e.g. preventing AJAX from working in the Admin dashboard.
– deactivating plugins one by one
– deactivate your themeThanks

In reply to: [CSS & JavaScript Toolbox] categoryThank you for your question.
Yes that is correct.Hi there,
If you have upgraded to the latest version 11, you will need to clear and refresh your browser cache to pull in the new scripts and stylesheets. This includes, clearing out and purging any caches made by third-party cache plugins. This version now supports PHP versions 7.0 or higher to make it even more compatible with earlier versions.
Thanks

In reply to: [CSS & JavaScript Toolbox] php 7.4 requirementHello there,
The next version 11 will be a massive update with 8 new hooks and an improved user interface. This has taken many months of development and careful planning for backward compatibility and also contingency planning for the premium PLUS users on older versions.
Since it required a huge framework update, rigorous and extensive testing was paramount. I am very confident in how version 11 performs, however I am still wanting to get more feedback on the soft launch from a smaller segment of users who are currently trying out the CJT Free and PLUS version 11 plugins.
Thanks

In reply to: [CSS & JavaScript Toolbox] php 7.4 requirementHi there,
Thank you for the question.
In the next update, we will be supporting PHP v7.0.0 and higher as we realise that a lot of users are still using versions less than 7.3There are some PHP 7.3 syntax used at the moment, so this has now been modified and extensively tested.
We just need to launch the new CSS & JavaScript Toolbox version 11.

In reply to: [CSS & JavaScript Toolbox] Inserting into of posts selected by regexHi there,
Thanks for your message and sorry for the delay in replying.
CJT is capable of injecting WordPress template tags in the header but the result can overwrite each other if the other header file “header-foo.php” also contain DOCTYPE or calling other WordPress header functions like “wp_head();” like so.https://freeimage.host/i/2VCmej
So if the new header file just includes some JS scripts or other PHP functions, it would work.
Thanks

In reply to: [CSS & JavaScript Toolbox] need to revert installed versionHi there,
It is recommended to upgrade to PHP 7.3 or 7.4 if possible, but if you can only go up to PHP 7.2, then I would deactivate and manually upload the CJT 9.4 version, which should work with PHP 5.6+ including 7.2.
Just click in Advanced View and download version 9.4
All your settings and code blocks should be intact.
Certainly let us know how you got on.Thanks
