Since they have a PRO version for this plug-in that costs actual money, they should test better.

Just saying.

The 2.0.14 version is creating a shadowed lightbox behind my gallery display.

I’ve tried rolling back to 1.09.13, my previous version, but I get directory exists error. I can’t start over.

Any suggestions? Deleting and reinstalling is NOT an option. I have 100s of images for my jewelry already in place. I do not have time to re-upload and edit every image.

I’ve tried all of the various effects, and no matter what I choose, I get a darkened lightbox (sounds strange, but that’s what it is) underneath everything.

One of the options doesn’t stop at the end of the gallery but picks up images from the next one.

I can’t believe they released something that hasn’t been adequately tested. If I released software like this, I would get fired.

I do not use the carousel template — did not work well for me.

I use the basic lightbox slideshow.

Please include your wordpress page code and screenshots of your gallery options so we can see how you have defined your gallery.

I brought up your site and the paging is fine EXCEPT your prev and succ links are embedded in the caption area, not included on the image itself.

There is a link for “<<prev” and another for “succ>>” at the bottom of each image. When you use these, they page through the images just fine.
