Update: When I did upgrade the plugin to Pro, the method above, taking out the https:// will not load the iFrame .

I think I have found the resolution, or the setting to have WordPress website domain to be ‘canonical’ when I do embed a link from within the same domain name (and having CDN Domain Name, CNAME, not looked at):

As you did demonstrate, when adding a URL within the shortcode:

[advanced_iframe src=”//mydomain.page.html” width=”93%” height=”1200″]

instead of

[advanced_iframe src=”https://mydomain.page.html” width=”93%” height=”1200″]
