Dear UM,
I am creating a website where it allows the users to take advantage of the mycred extension of your plugin when they post content through the site.I have already set up the settings for the plugin to when new users register, they are automatically set to “author” roles. But what would be the best way for them to access the “POST” function? because currently when the I log in, there will be +new button on the admin bar.
However when i try to create new post, it gives me this error 500.
What do you recommend me doing?
Thanks

its okay, don’t worry its just a test page and account is authorship only.
Thanks, I did the conflict test and you are right. It is the theme’s issue with UM plugin.
I have contacted the support for the theme and reporting to u guys as well.
This is the theme I am using.
Thanks Dev Team for the reply,
So let me conclude this. The people who registers on my site, I will have to assign the “author” role to them and let them access backend?
and configuring mycred to award them when they post content.
is this correct?
ThanksThank you for your reply DEV team,
And would it work with mycred? let’s say our registered author been posting, can i reward him/her with points/badges?
so ideally..
Our viewers will have to register first and the “post” function will then be available for them to utilize to post articles/tutorials etc..for points system / badge ( which I know is doable from your website)
But is the posting function doable?
thanks
