In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price] Custom Price is a required fieldHello,
I installed the plugin and have the same issue ‘Custom Price is a required field’ on all products in my eshop except the one with Custom Price.
All my other plugins are up to date and website works well, until this plugin is installed. There must be a serious bug in your plugin, unfortunately which collides with lots of websites.- This reply was modified 2 years, 3 months ago by wlashack.
Hello, tried it but did not help. Maybe the ftp service I use does not allow tranfering big files or so.
Hello @duongcuong96
There really is no file in htdocs/Backups folder. But it can have reasons — I created account at ProFreeHost.com and it is free. So there may be some limitations for the file does not upload to the free ftp. I tried to ask support severeal days before if this is the case but no answer so far. The second reason is thah I not sore if I set the directory path correctly (when I connect to my FTP, there is a folder “htdocs” in my root directory, so I created a subfolder Backups in it and to BackWPup settings I put htdocs/Backups path.
I am not so sophisticated to know if all this is OK or I have made soem mistake here. And I do not have another ftp to try backup elsewhere.Hi Alex,
thanks for your reply and good luck!Hello @duongcuong96,
yes, today I finally solved the situation — my webhosting provider automatically deletes all backup archives. So it was not a BackWPup mistake that my archives disappear. ??So everything is OK and I redirected my Backups to another FTP server and everything works perfectly.
Thanks a lot for your support and patience.
And have nice days!Hello @duongcuong96,
I use actual version of the BWU plugin.
BUT! Today I looked at the backups folder and there are two backups in it. So it seems it stared working after I deleted old job yesterday and created a new one. It only deleted the older backup file when I ran it yesterday for the forst time. Now it looks everythng is working well. I give it a try and wait if it will continue working. If not, I’ll be back here. Thanks!
Hello, I tried what you suggest and it still works the same way. New backup deletes the older backup .zip file.

Wow! That works! I am stunned, what a… ??
Thanks.Hello, thanks for your reply and help. Here is the log fie of unsuccessful backup job to ftp:
https://martinvlach.cz/log.zipHello, thanks for the advice. I am not a programmer so it is a useful information about deleting the plugin folder. So I give it a try again.
You may be right about the “plugins conflict” on my website. It is an up-to-date instalation, both WP and all plugins are in current versions. But for some reason my website crashed the same way some time ago when I tried to disable the plugins to try to enable them one-by-one. I cannot find what causes the problem of complete crashing because when it happens I can only restore the backup ant it takes too long to repeat it until I found the cause of this error.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Subscription] Where is the basic logic? No, it is not the reason. The plugin works the way I wrote. My programmer had to solve all these issues.
Hello once more,
I tried what you suggested – uncheck the “Send email with log only when errors occur during job execution” option. And it does not work this way. It keeps on sending me emails after each job (even when there is not an error). So the option of “Not sending any emails” is not present in BackWpUp plugin (or must be set elsewhere).Oh thanks! I know about this option but I was fooled by the word “only”. I thought that If I uncheck, it will start sending emails after each backup job, regardless there is an error or not.
In terms of rating, I already rated your app 5* some time ago. Thanks!Done.
Thanks a lot.
