Yes, both WordPress updates and plugin installations were made. My codie also made some template customizations for me. But all other plugins that require registration code or something similar work OK without any need to re-register them.

I know it is not a problem of your plugin. It made me sad because I planned variety of cool things to offer via popups to my readers – interactivity to my learning articles and online school with a button-click, no need to jump to another page etc. And this requires pictures, forms etc. that need scrolling on mobile devices. It all worked perfectly until I tested it on mobile and discovered it is almost useless. So I hoped there is only a mistake in my popup template settings.

Oh no, that does not sound good, it completely destroys the magic of popup possibilities I wanted to offer to my visitors.

Thanks for answer although it did not make me happy. Now i think it is better not to use popups any more than putting my visitors into problems – and make them leave my web site forever.

I have set “Double Opt-in” and “Send welcome email” because I want users to confirm their subscription. So this may be the problem because I do not know how and where to design the confirmation email (with link to confirm subscription).

Switching ro Non-Ajax did not help and generated another weird thing after confirming (see pictupre).

It is strange, becaause the communication with MailChimp servers seems to work (I do not understand what the table shows but there are rows which correspond to my activities with testing this yesterday and today).

There may be some mistake on my side in MailChimp Automation configuration (I am new to MailChimp), but I walked through the whole process several times step-by-step and found nothing that can be wrong and emails are set to be sent immedeately.

Hello, I have the same problem with Czech language characters. They look weird in the messages on the web as can be seen on this picture (underlined by green): <img src=”https://imgup.cz/images/2015/11/09/login.png”&gt;

Also on this picture there are two other issues I cannot solve (I am not a codie):

– English text on the bottom of the box (automatically added) marked by a green box. I have not found this text in language files for the plugin so I do not know how to change it.

– text on the red button is shifted down and I did not found how to center it vertically (I tried using span tags but it did not work).
