    Yes I already checked every folder in my email client. When I mean Jetpack blocked of our sites, means that videopress is not working anymore, now when you try to access any video it says “Private”. We received an email saying that we exceed the bandwidth limit, however I asked several times to Jetpack support about bandwidth limit, and the answer was ALWAYS “there is no limit in bandwidth”.

    The email says that we have to go back to a typical site traffic…could someone explain me what is a typical site traffic in numbers?

    It is very difficult to have a succeed website with traffic. Then if we have it, we can′t server videos because we have too much traffic?

    We only upload our own content, no movies, no any copyrighted content.

    We upload ALWAYS files less than 1GB to be aligned with Jetpack guidelines. Also our videos NEVER exceed 3 hours duration. What is wrong then?

    But that way I′ll be emailing videopress support. I emailed them like 4 times now, and no answer at all since 36 hours ago. My site can′t continue operations, we are loosing users daily.

    What do I have to do to restore our account? I emailed them again through the link you posted.
