Our latest test results are as follows:

Backend
Changes done in the backend are not saved.
Changes attempted for every save will be reverted to the default Checked status for both ‘New Tasks’ and ‘Task Completed’ notifications – per our last submission
Only changes done for the 1st save on each notification type eg Unchecked->Checked Weekly Update will be reflected on the Frontend Manager. Subsequent save changes on the same notification type eg Checked->Unchecked Weekly Update will not be reflected on the Frontend Manager and Backend.

Frontend Manager
Changes done in the frontend manager can be properly saved; however the changes are not reflected in the backend.

I can confirm from our own tests that the mass email notifications bug appears to have been fixed after v2.93.0.
