I tried deactivate all my plugins
and used default WordPress theme
then activate one by one.found out that my theme [Vocational Rental] plugin – Tevolution plugin
clash with sequential order numbers plugin.By the way,
this themes is Vocational Rental

This changes must be made to 3 different files; so no need to modify in future if you like to use the gray one instead of the green table.
Files:
1. price_table.php
2. price_table-gray.php
3. price_table-green.phpOpen any file and find this following line
