I’m not a developer but I suppose you can check in the .htaccess file and see if there’s something related to wp-login.php and try to change it with your custom-login.php

I set up the new local installation using Laragon and it works. It took me just ten minutes in total to get ready to add plugins in new WP.
Maybe the Bitnami installation that I set up in 2020 had a lower version of PHP (7.4.1) than required by either WP 6.4.2 or WooCommerce?
Anyhow, I thank all of you for helping me in debugging my situation.

Thank you very much for the support. @ckadenge I had a glance at the Jetpack post you suggested and I will make a new local installation, maybe the Bitnami package I’m using is not full updated!?
I will let you know as soon as I create the new environment.

Unfortunately I can’t go to WooCommerce menu because if I can’t activate the plugin it’s menus don’t appear of course.

I will also give a glance at other package you suggested but it would be nice to understand the origins of the issue to help others. I can give up this plugin but it’s a pity not finding the solution. Thanks for helping me.

1- This happens in this Bitnami installation because I have on my website online and it works correctly.
2- Previous versions didn’t give any problem at all.
3- Woocommerce didn’t was in the prepackage, because Bitnami at the time supplied a package only including Apache server, Database and WP 5.5. I used this to check plugins UI and translations so I also installed Woocommerce to check its different part labels and make coherent translations as well as testing the use of it. Then I deactivated it.
I downloaded this version twice making all tests to activate it but nothing. No way to succeed. I don’t know if it is maybe a PHP problem. But usually my installation is auto updating in all parts I suppose. I checked and PHP is 7.4.11.0 while at beginning when I installed it was a prior version.
That’s what I can understand.

1- Yes, it’s a local installation, indeed.
2- I’m using this prepackaged Bitnami configuration since time because I’m not so good to deal with all the fuss about Apache server and database. It worked very fine so far and yes, only I use this installation to check plugin during the translations. So I usually keep all plugins deactivated to avoid any conflict.

I followed the steps you suggested but no way to activate the plugin.
Here’s the screenshot as required because if I cannot activate it’s impossible to go to woocommerce > etc.?

Edit: I also tried to deactivate Defender firewall, just in case it was blocking Chrome or WP but nothing changed.

Thanks. However the sticky header appeared only with woocommerce pages since latest update, I succeeded to hide it.
Problem solved at the moment.

I completed the translation using the file included in your plugin folder lang > open-wp-seo.pot but when I made the upload here in the WP system it appears different. Which one is the most updated? There is just a bunch of strings not similar. Your plugin shows 95 strings and the WP-translation stable page 101.
Let me know, I also asked to be Italian PTE for your plugin, so to approve translations soon.

Well maybe my issue isn’t so common but it would be nice having some clues to try to fix it because I don’t know how to solve this weird issue.
Maybe it’s a javascript issue but actually I’m not a developer.

If my message was bumping maybe it’s due to unstable mobile connection.
I don’t have any need to send empty message nor I have the time to do it.
As well as I’m PTE for some plugins that I also do voluntarily like you.
Anyhow, thanks for explaining me what happen to my message.
Back to my problem: I saw here in the support that many people complain about the new woocommerce admin UI why don’t set a button that we user can switch off the part not used or not important for us? This is not useful to plugin development having displeased user and it doesn’t increase the selling of add-on. IMHO.
I wish do you have an easy way to make clean the admin UI of what is redundant.

@tobifjellner I don’t understand the meaning of what you wrote. Sorry, but english isn’t my motherlanguage. I only wrote if after a week nobody has any hint to solve this problem I have.
