Hi Steve,
Yes, they are the same. Very odd.
Thanks,
BillSteve,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I installed the latest version of 1.6 (1.6rc3) and I’m getting this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_theme_support() in /home1/williar5/public_html/billwolffphotography/wp-content/themes/slambert-WPFolio-e6d8c22/functions.php on line 19
Thanks for your help.

Hi Rahul,
Thanks for your comment. I must have been looking at the wrong functions.php file when I posted originally, because when I look at the theme’s functions.php I see those exact lines at 574 and 575. Sorry about that.
How can I ensure that the theme is uploading properly? I’ve installed it several times.
Thanks,

In reply to: Text Widget missing from 2.8 installHi Cersa,
Yes, I am still missing the Text Widget. I have upgraded to 2.8.1 and there has been no change. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

In reply to: Text Widget missing from 2.8 installThanks.
I tried multiple themes and the Text Widget is missing from each. In each theme, it used to be there.
I looked at the link you provided, and don’t think any of it applies.
Is there a specific line of code or a file that controls which Widgets appear in the dashbar?

In reply to: error when attempting to make blog appear in non-root folderOne last question, moshu, as I’m sure you’re getting sick of me today.
Is the only way to fix the images now that I have moved wordpress over to the root, and have set the blog posts to appear at /composingspaces/ to use, as it says in the instructions:
https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/move3/
If you go to https://williamwolff.org/composingspaces/ you will see that none of the images are appearing.
Thanks,

In reply to: error when attempting to make blog appear in non-root folderYes, I created the pages via the dashboard Write Page.
The thing with the directory is this: I do not have one, but one is created for me called “composingspaces” when I try to view that page. That is really weird. . . .

In reply to: error when attempting to make blog appear in non-root folderOkay, I did that. I have the Front Page called “home” and the Posts Page “Composingspaces”.
I am still getting this when I got to /composingspaces:
Index of /composingspaces
* Parent Directory
* wp-content/
* wp-includes/Thanks,

In reply to: error when moving wordpress to rootActually, I just took a look and none of the files from any of the subdirectories made it through via the move. I am now moving them all over from the backup that I made. If this all works I will update the thread to resolved. Thanks for your help.

In reply to: error when moving wordpress to rootMoshu,
Thanks. Actually, there are no files in that folder at all. I guess the move was not successful. Should I just put in the folder the necessary files from the latest wordpress release (I upgraded the other day to 2.3.2)?
Thanks,
BW
