The Hoster have advised that the IP address was blocked in the server firewall grey list and they have removed the IP from the greylist and the scan works now

Just letting you know in case it will help if another customer has the same problem
I found that the “Element Pack Pro” plugin caused the problem, I have deactivated and deleted it so all is good now

I have tried to add WPDataTable plugin 5.0 on another site and the Foreign key option works Ok which means something is corrupted on my current site
I have deactivated many plugins including all other WPDataTable plugins except for the main one and still no good
Can you give me some ideas please ?

I tried to submit a ticket but unfortunately I don’t have a purchase code
I do believe it is an issue with your plugin though and it would affect others
so I am not sure what to do as now I am stuck
