Thank you very much for taking the time to develop the code, it works a treat, I had previously created an image and used that over the original search button with CSS to make the original button elements transparent, but this form version is ideal! I can see that the button icon replace method will be useful for other things i have in mind.

I see you have included the Screen reader echo which is great, I help a blind person who advises me on problems he has with his screen reader and websites.

Further to your message and the options you outline. I am thinking that I will return to the child method given your advice. The risk using a ‘stet’ template from a renamed Quark as a basic building block may be too great otherwise.

My customer, for some reason, wanted his ‘own’ theme but its just too impractical given any issues that may arise from woocommerce / wordpress core system updates etc. and my own limited experience. it was a bit worrying when i looked at typical change logs!

Your reply solved this issue as I was not adding the weights to both fields in the rule, I hade previously only added the 0.5 per each 1kg and not in the over.
