Hi @shameemreza,
Yes, I already created a new topic yesterday, because I’m encountering a more serious problem. Payments with Stripe are incorrect, the user is paying double the price.yes of course I will add a review.
Thank youHi,
Here’s what happens, I attach two screenshots.
Looking carefully at the order, the payment for the product and the payment that Stripe must make to the seller are shown.
This last anomalous sum is the one paid by the user, verified on the Stripe site.Hi Juan,
it is a single order, which should have been paid for example: €10 instead Stripe took €20. This is only visible on the Stripe site and not on Woocommerce where the tracked payment is correct therefore €10.No particularities in the order, no recent site updates, I had to revert to version 7.8.1, because I had reported in another ticket that version 8 created errors. Something reported by other users as well.
In the meantime I have received other payments, Paypal and Stripe, the PayPal ones all seem correct. With Stripe I noticed a few other small anomalies.
Of course Stripe is enabled and connected in woocommerce, otherwise how could it record payments on the Stripe site.
Do I need to send the site status here? Isn’t there a way to share privately?
Thank you

In reply to: [WP-Stateless - Google Cloud Storage] Google WorkspaceHi @ideric,
I’m sorry, just to understand, given the amount of media, I can’t do tests.I would like to make sure that I have all the media files in Google Cloud Storage, then delete them from my server, but still have them visible in the WP Media backend, so I can attach them as I normally would from WP.
Currently, therefore, the entire site has images attached by WP Media.
I ask you, in this case should I make changes to the DB, or can I continue to have all the current links, is the connection done virtually?
Thank you

In reply to: [WP-Stateless - Google Cloud Storage] Google WorkspaceWait I don’t understand, should I work on the database?
In my current case I would have to use it on a site that has 90GB of media, images attached to articles and featured images.
So the ideal is that everything should remain as it is with the links referring to the media folder, but that they are returned by Google.
In this way no site would have to change and at any time in case of problems you could go back with a simple upload of the files.Thank you

In reply to: [WP-Stateless - Google Cloud Storage] Google WorkspaceHi @iderico, thanks for replying.
Ok I’ll check the costs.
A couple more questions, will you also have to purchase the Google Cloud CDN service to work well?
So can I completely delete the contents of my Media folder and have it directly on Google Cloud Storage?
Database links won’t change?
Will I still see files in the Media backend as if they were on my hosting server?Thank you!
Hi @danae39,
We have this alpha version for 8.0.1 that should fix this issue.
I tried this version on my test site and the transaction was completed successfully.
Hi @carolm29,
I’ve run some tests on my website and I was able to replicate the issue.
Thanks also for your review, please update me.
I can say that the version provided here by @danae39 also partially solves the problem, now the Name is also shown in the language of the site, whereas before it wasn’t.
It’s a small improvement ??Thank you all!
Hello @omarfpg,
Thank you for your reply and your support!
yes, of course, if the update is necessary I will use the code kindly provided by @diegocwp
Returning to the payment name
I tried with versions 7.8.1, 7.9.3 and 8.0.0
I use Stripe’s new checkout experience.
My checkout is modified with Elementor, so I’m using the “Payment Methods” block.
I have more than one active payment method, other labels work.Thank you!

Hi @shameemreza,
I communicated the plugin and WP versions in the first message.
Yes, the Customer Bank Statement settings were already deactivated. So version 8 is not working as it should, at least for me.Following your advice to downgrade to version 7.8.1 seems to have fixed it. I was able to activate Test Stripe again and the transaction was successful, without errors.
Let’s hope it’s the same with real transactions ??Hi @diegocwp,
by downgrading as I said I solved it, so I didn’t try the code you provided. But thank you both!
NOTE.
I wanted to point out a small thing, I don’t know if you know.
The text entered in: Display settings > Name
is not shown in the checkout, but the standard text “Pay with credit card / debit card” is always shownThank you
Hi @afzalpansuvi,
Thanks for replying, I will place an order with debugging enabled.
For deleting the statement_descriptor what should I do is part of the plugin. I have already deleted that information from the plugin as read in the link above.Thank you

Will it be possible to resolve the error?
Meanwhile, is there another method to delete these settings?
