Your site is becoming slow because you have a lot of variations for some products,
i saw 1 of the product was having more than 600 variations so i have added a new option for this problem , so this is how you can solve it

1: Download the new updated version 1.3.1

2: in this version i have added one setting in setting page just set it to “yes”
and your site will not face performance issues , below is the setting:

1: Speed-up Shop Page =Yes
2: Speed-up Product Page =Yes

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.
The basic version of the plugin is meant for small shop owners who have 1 or 2 products in their inventory. Hence, packing of products happens individually.

The premium version has additional features like box packing, and weight based packing also.
In addition, it also has label generation feature, and other other value added services.

We do have many customers who use our free version on a day to day basis.

However, the Free version of the plugin is well suited for small business owners or when you have a few products in your inventory as it pack every items individually.

The plus version of the plugin comes with parcel packing option that allow you to pack multiple items together in a single package and the weight and dimension of that package is passed to the UPS API for the rate calculation.

We can see from the screenshot that you have enabled the Priority Mail service and are getting it in the cart page.
Can you explain the problem?

@fatfreepudding: We have already tested the plugin with WordPress 4.7.3 without any issue.

Please check below points.

1. Disable recently added plugins and try to narrow down the possibilities of error.
2. Check PHP error log, if any errors are logged into log file.
3.Try checking with only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Shipping Label plugin enabled.

We just analyzed the error 97 and 98.

Both these errors occur in SIM API.
However, we currently refer the AIM API in our plugin.

Hence, we can conclude that these errors should not come up with our plugin.
You can try using the plugin once and let us know if you face any problem.

Your problem of product names getting trimmed arose because of extra large product names at your end. However, we completely agree with you that this problem has to be resolved!

We are revamping our Print Invoice & packing Slips plugin with a large enhancements. Lot of customization option with pre-built templates and lot more features. Its big enhancement and we will complete it by March first week.
