However, date formats can be modified in a different version of the plugin.

Right click there and provide us the view-source information.This information is required because for some servers, HTML generates differently due to PHP version and its configuration.

We will get this issue checked and corrected.Can you let us know whether you are using any other plugins by Wooforce?
We would require some details from your side. Kindly try deactivating all other plugins one by one and check whether this problem is resolved. The intention is to identify the cause of the javascript conflict.
Lastly, kindly check whether you are keeping any null values in the fields. This can be a potential cause.

Apologies for the late reply.
You just need to enable debug option in plugin settings.Once you have done that, try to place an order at the cart page. You will see the request and response information. Copy this info in a link and send it to us. Also remove any sensitive data pertaining to your account from the data as this is a public forum.
Note : The request and response will not show for Flat rates as these rates are not from our plugin but are normal woocommerce configured rates.
As soon as you provide the info, we will analyze and get back to you immediately.

We can see that the settings are correct.However, kindly note :
– The product is of dimensions–> 2 x 1.25 x 1 with weight as .187.Is this correct? We believe you may be sending the incorrect dimensions as a result the prices are coming differently.
If the problem persists, we request you to go to UPS price calculator – https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_us
and then fetch the price for the given location and weight and dimension. We will compare them with our plugin rates and help you resolve the query.Let us know if you have any query.

This error only comes up when you have put in the credentials incorrectly.
We request you to check our settings up article using which you can get all the information for getting these details from FedEx – https://support.wooforce.com/hc/en-us/articles/207971725-Setting-Up-WooCommerce-Fedex-Shipping-Plugin-Ideally you should have received the test credentials from FedEx via email.
If you think, you are putting in correct credentials and still getting this error, do approach FedEx with the request and response information.
