We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We request you to take time and go through our answer in entirety.
The issue was replicated at our end, with SmartPost enabled and we were able to get the rates perfectly. For your convenience, we have attached: screenshot of cart page with destination address – https://imgur.com/i4r2zzd

Regarding our support, we have Premium support for the Paid version and have limitation in supporting the Free version. However we try to resolve queries as quick as possible for the basic users.
Also, we apologize for not informing about removal of account details in debug text. We can contact wordpress admins from our side and try to get it removed. Let us know if this is a concern for you.

We hope you were successful in setting up the UPS plugin. For any help on the setup of the plugin, you can refer the following link:

Once you are done, if you have any problem with the shipping services or rates, kindly do the following :
1. Enable the debug option from the settings tab and try debugging the transaction by analyzing the request and response. For more information on debugging, kindly go through the following link:

2. To compare the rates with the rates returned from UPS, kindly go to UPS calculator( https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US&appId=fctc) and calculate the rate.

Availability of shipping service depends on the following factors:
*Sender Address
*Recipient Address
*Product Dimensions and Weight
We will request you to check the services returned by the UPS calculator(https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US&appId=fctc) for the above metrics.
In case, if you are getting the expected services on the UPS calculator but not on the plugin, please let us know.

Kindly find our proposed solution below :
1. For orders above a certain amount(say $100), a code snippet can be used to hide all other shipping services so that only “Free Shipping” is allowed.2. For orders below a certain amount(say $100), a code snippet can be used to hide “Free Shipping” option.
In both cases, if you have a developer, you can get our existing code snippets customized to create the two snippets mentioned above.

For the error message “Stamps.com – Unable to Get Auth: Authentication failed.”,
We request you to check your USER ID and PASSWORD on the plugin settings page.

1. You need to select a service for printing label from UPS plugin. However, the service name is not reflected in the label, so can be used with free shipping.
2. If you select negotiated rates in plugin settings, then postage calculated will have your account specific rates.Hope that helped!

You should at first try to find out the following :
1. Firstly try placing an order keeping 1 item in cart. Compare the rate returned with the rate in UPS website.If it is not same, then kindly provide us the request and response along with screenshot of rate in UPS website.
For multiple items, just to give you an idea, the basic version has 1 parcel packing method called “pack items individually”. In this, if you have 4 items in order, then all 4 items will be packed individually there by multiplying the cost by 4 times. This style of packaging is useful when you 1 item in cart or you have restricted shipping for multiple items.
Our premium version has other parcel packing methods like Pack into items with weights and dimensions using which you can pack multiple items into single box.
