We don’t have an official date yet. However, the HPOS won’t have much impact on Cartpops 1 since we don’t query orders.

We’re not that active on Facebook, so we missed that message.
This plugin is far from dead, we’re rebuilding it from the ground up, and we’re actively working on Cartpops 2.0. We just haven’t made a big public announcement yet (actions speak louder than words in our opinion).

Make sure you don’t disable WooCommerce Fragments as they’re needed by CartPops to properly show dynamic content.

Sorry that we let you down. We’re a small team of just 2 and this is not our full-time venture yet.
Rest assured that this plugin is NOT dead and we’re still working on it. We just hit a small bump in the road. Right now we’re working on scaling up our support and development. This includes creating better End-To-End and Unit testing to ensure all our new releases are of a higher standard.
For now this lower star rating is deserved—al though 1 star might be a little unfair since the plugin works fine as is—with a few hiccups here and there.
But I hope you consider changing it in the future once we’re back on our feet.

Have you tried reinstalling both plugins?
As a last resort, you can use this Freemius fixer plugin: https://github.com/Freemius/freemius-fixer (click on the green Code button and Download zip) and following the instructions in the Github repo.

1. Are you using the free or pro version of the Woopt plugin?
2. What setting are you using?In other words, let me know how I can reproduce so that I can work on a plugin update. I’m happy to prioritize this.
