Hey Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out. We just pushed an update that should resolve this.
Definitely reach out to [email protected] if you see that this issue persists.
Hey there,
How is the discount being applied? Is it automatic via a plugin? Or do you users enter it themselves?
Hey there,
We’re going to look into this for the new version. Could you specify which one-page checkout plugin you’re using?
Hey there,
You can add HTML using a PHP action: https://cartpops.com/docs/php-actions/cartpops_drawer_before_checkout_button/
Hey Julie,
Are you still facing this issue? Would you be able to give us a staging site so that we can take a peak?
The Select Options, generally redirect to the permalink of the product.
We’d be happy to take a look!
This should be resolved by our suppoort. If not, let us know!

You can change the behavior of the bundle view using the following filter:

Hey there,
Thanks for your honest review. We appreciate all feedback.
However, it has nothing to do with the actual plugin itself. I think it’s unfair to give us 3 stars for something that’s unrelated to this free plugin.
Hey there,
Yes, the “Language filtering for AJAX operations” is needed for this to work. I have just made a note to throw a notice in the dashboard when WPML is active and that this option should be turned on.
Thanks for reporting!

In reply to: [CartPops - High Converting Add To Cart Popup For WooCommerce] No support?Hey Sven,
I’m pretty sure we responded to your query. If not, follow up with the email you sent to us so.
Right now it’s not possible to not show the Drawer or any trigger if something is added to the cart. We’ve added this to the roadmap to allow for no trigger.
We’ll do some testing with Autoptimize and see if we can improve on that end.
Thank you!
Hey Kevin,
We’re aware of this issue and we’re making sure to get this resolved in the next version.
Hey there,
Thank you for your kind words.
Unfortunately, this is not possible yet. But it’s on the roadmap and this feature will be available in the next version.
Hey all!
Please enable ajax add to cart, all you have to do is to go to your WordPress admin dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products tab. Check the option “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives”. That’s it!
I’ll make sure we’ll improve this part of the plugin and show a notice when this is not on.
Thank you! ??
Once version 1.4.7 (the current version is 1.4.6) is released, you can use this specific filter to change the add to cart trigger. You can copy the example, this will disable the popup.
https://cartpops.com/docs/php-filters/cartpops_add_to_cart_trigger/
I’m going to close this thread as this should solve your issue as soon as the new update is released.
