I’m really thankful for your feedback! I think you just confirmed some of our assumptions about what our users really want.

1) Integration with MailChimp is now available. Here is a post explaining how to do it in 58sec (https://blog.manycontacts.com/grow-mailchimp-email-list-manycontacts-free-contact-form/)

2) Export in .csv is available just above your contact list

3) The link in the bar is part of the our logo. No anchor text.

4) Support is only available in English at the moment as we are still a small team.

5) You data is 100% yours and we use SSL encryption to protect it. I agree with you that we need to be more transparent about it. I will make sure it’s the case.

6) Although I can’t tell you when, we might decide to offer the form under different formats (lower bar, side pop up, full screen pop up). I’ll keep you posted on that.

7) Double opt-in is available when using the MailChimp integration.
