We are sorry that we missed your review which caused troubles to your website. We had updated new sample data installation mechanism, which will solve your first problem.
However, from version 1.5, www.ads-software.com force theme providers to remove “Install sample data” feature. You won’t be able to use this function anymore.

We would really appreciate if you can give Elite another try ??

It seems the error doesn’t always happen as we have never encountered it during tests. For better understanding about the error, can you please provide us with these additional information about your system:
– WordPress version
– PHP version
– SQL version
