we have replied via email that your issue is being viewed by the tech team.
However they were not able to solve this till now.
As we have asked for a test and it was not working fine, the team is doing their best to solve it immediately.

However you can send Thai content but you have to use the Unicode mode.

did you activate the hooks for sending messages? More info you can find here: https://help.bulkgate.com/docs/en/customer-sms.html
If yes and the message still does not go, please provide us the BackOffice (admin) and FTP directly to the email [email protected] and our specialist will check it for you.
