In reply to: [BadgeOS] Achievement Based on StepsHi Micahel
I have shared the names of some students who should have been automatically awarded a badge after completing the required steps.

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Achievement Based on StepsHi Michael,
Development site details shared via email. Do you want the name of a user who has earned this achievement (manually awarded by us by becuase of the bug).

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Achievement Based on StepsHi Michael,
Thanks for the feedback. I have checked that all of the achievements linked to issuing the badge have been earned. They have. When I manually issue the badge, the custom image shows but no associated ‘step/thumbs up’ achievements. Unlike topic complete badges, which also issue ‘step/thumbs up’ in addition to my custom badges, if I manually award those.
Does this make sense?

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Auto Award AchievementsHi Michael,
FYI: On top of the issues outlined, we have noticed the LearnDash Badge OS add on causes quiz results to take about 15 seconds to be recorded when there is an achievement set for quiz passed.
Any progress your end debugging the add on?
Thanks,
Aaron

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Auto Award AchievementsHi Michael,
How are things going? I really need a fix for this asap. I had to manually award 50 badges today – painful!

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Auto Award AchievementsHi Michael,
The plugs ins have been disabled and that has brought the site back up. Is the php error still in the currently installed versions of the plug ins?

In reply to: [BadgeOS] Auto Award AchievementsHi Michael,
Please see the course ‘test course’. You will find it in /profile. For lessons 1 and 2, just click the ‘mark complete’ button. For lesson 3, answer the quiz question and then mark lesson 3 as complete. I have not assigned any achievement to this course yet as I wasn’t sure how you wished to test.
Thanks Michael,
Aaron

If you want me to create a new LearnDash course that can be easily completed for testing, I certainly can.
